Welcome to Body Made Simple. I’m Clive Burns. Back in 2012, aged 46, I made the decision to get back in shape, lose the excess body fat, improve my fitness, and feel good about my body and health. I created a plan, committed to it, and documented the entire 150-day journey.  The result? I lost 60% of my body fat, gained lean muscle, and became lighter, leaner, fitter, and healthier. Crucially, the entire process was driven by a simple, repeatable lifestyle that was aligned to my goals, eating my favourite foods, without ever stepping foot in a gym. I've maintained my optimal physique ever since.

I’m a certified trainer and coach, but more importantly, I’ve successfully done the exact thing I now help others do. I know how to get the fundamentals right—the things that actually move the needle. I do this on my terms, in my time and place.
